Piano exam coming liaox..stress sia.. need to study italian and german term for the performance direction ...let me see if i can remember some.

-Poco = A little
-Lento = slow
-Maestoso = Majestic
-Allegretto = Fairly quick but not as quick as Allegro
-Allegro = Quick
-Crescendo = Gradually getting louder
-Decrescendo/Diminuendo(Dim) = Gradually getting quieter
-Fine = The end
-Adagio = slow
-Giocoso = Merry,playful
-Grave = Very slow,solemn
-Grazioso = Graceful
-Dolce = Soft,sweet
-Mezzo = Half
-Staccato = Detached
-Legato = Smoothly
-Mp = Moderately quiet
-Mf = Moderately loud
-Moderato = Moderately
-Cantabile = In a singing style
-Andante = At a walking speed
-Tempo = Speed
-A Tempo = In time
-Accelerando = Gradually getting quicker
-Assai = Very
-Espressivo = Expressive
-Largo = slow, stately
-Piu = More
-Simile = In the same manner
-Troppo = Too much
-Vivace/Vivo = Lively,quick
-Comodo = Convenient
-Fermata = pause on the note
-Tenuto = note is played wit a slight pressure
-Ausdruck = Espression
-Breit = broad,expansive
-Einfach = simple
-Frohlich = Cheerful,joyful
-Lagsam = Slow
-Ruhig = Peaceful
-Schnell = Fast
-Traurig = Sad
